What if I want a different assistant?

No Problem! Contact our Client Support team and we’ll set you up with a Skilled Assistant that’s a better fit.

Can I cancel my monthly plan anytime?

Yes! Contact our Client Support team prior to your next billing cycle and we’ll take care of it. If you’ve already been billed, your cancellation request will take effect the following month. Unfortunately, we can’t offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time.

Are there setup fees or hidden costs?

Absolutely not, there are no surprises. Your monthly fee is the only charge.

Do I get a dedicated assistant?

Yes! You will have a Skilled Assistant that is available to you Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm based in your country and time zone.

What if I need more hours?

You can purchase additional hours or upgrade your monthly plan at anytime. Just ask your Skilled Assistant or contact our Client Support team.

How is my hourly usage tracked?

We’ll keep a running total of hours worked and send you a weekly report. Or feel free to ask us for a report at any time. If you’re running low on time we’ll notify you before the hours run out.

What does “Skilled Assistant” mean?

Our Skilled Assistants are college-educated and proficient in executing tasks that require specific skills. It’s the most cost-effective, flexible way to close skills gaps. Do what you do best, use our Skilled Assistants for the rest.
